1. A resolution appointing a new member to the Library Advisory Board, and declaring an effective date. April Hilbrich, City Secretary.
2. A resolution approving the programs and expenditures included in Victoria Sales Tax Development Corporation’s (VSTDC) Fiscal Year 2019-2020 budget, authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement between the VSTDC and the City of Victoria for Operation, Administration, and Management in the amount of $67,820.00, and declaring an effective date. Wesley Janecek, Assistant Director of Finance.
3. A resolution authorizing the City Manager or a designee to determine the most advantageous method of procurement in awarding City contracts by utilizing any of the methods allowed under state law, and declaring an effective date. Philip J. McGuill, Purchasing Manager.
4. A resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents necessary for the transfer of ownership of one pumper truck and expired firefighting equipment that may no longer be used by the Victoria Fire Department to the Texas A&M Forest Service’s Helping Hands Program, and declaring an effective date.
