FIRE ADMINISTRATION, 492,500 OUTSIDE FIRES PER YEAR HAVE BEEN REPORTED WITH 20% OF THE FIRES REPORTED AS INTENTIONAL OR ARSON. AND WHEREAS ACCORDING TO THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION REPORTS FIRES AND N HOMELESS COMMUNITYS ARE AS A RESULT OF IMPROPER OR ILLEGAL USE OF OPEN FIRES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SMOKING AND HEALTHING, WHEREAS OFTEN WHICH OFTEN LEAD TO EXPOSURE FIRES AND PERSONAL INJURIES AND WHEREAS WE WILL USE THE WEEK OF MAY 1OS THROUGHSENTH TO FOCUS ON THE COOPERATIVE EFFORT WITH THE FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES DEPARTMENT, LAW ENFORCEMENT, PUBLIC WORKS AND INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THE JUSTICE SYSTEM TO HELP PREVENT THE HORRENDOUS CRIME OF ARSON AT HOMELESS COMMUNITY, THEREFORE I, JEFF BAUKNIGHT DO OFFICIALLY CLEAR MAY 1ST THROUGH 7TH, 2022 TO BE ARSON AWARENESS WEEK IN VICTORIA, TEXAS AND PAY SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO FIRE AND LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATIVE AGENCIES FOR THEIR DEAD INDICATEED AND TIRELESS SERVICE.

AND WE CLEANED UP 139 BAGS, WAS THE OFFICIAL COUNT. WE DO THAT WITH TEXAS.-- TX TXDOT AND PICKED UP TARPS, TIRE, THAT SORT OF THING. WANT TO RECOGNIZE THE MOST TRASH PICKED UP WAS -- THIS IS A BIG DEAL -- TEAM NUMBER 5, RICK MADRID, HIS TEAM PICKED UP 18 BAG, SEVEN VOLUNTEERS. AND I THINK HE'S STILL HERE. SHOUTOUT TO RICK.
