TRAINING OF OUR STAFF IS ALSO INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT. AGAIN THE PROJECT REPORT WILL BE A DIAGNOSTIC WHICH IS WHAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY DOING. THEY LOOK AT THE MASTER PLANS AND ARE LOOKING FOR THE CURRENT CODE. WE DID A TOUR OF THE COMMUNITY LAST MONTH AND WE MOVE ON TO CONTRASTING WHICH IN JANUARY AS KICKOFF FOR THE STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS TOGETHER AND PUT IN DRAFT THE CODE. AGAIN WE TAKE THAT BACK TO THE STAKEHOLDERS TO MAKE SURE THAT WHAT THEY HEARD IS WHAT THEY WROTE. YOU HAVE ADOPTION IN TRAINING THE END. HOW DID WE DECIDE WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE CODE? WE HAD INTERVIEWS WITH STAKEHOLDERS IN JANUARY OR EARLY FEBRUARY. WITH A PLAN ON DOING AS THE CODE RACKS UP INTO MODULES SO THEY WILL TAKE THE MODULE AND GIVE IT TO THE STEERING COMMITTEE AND HAS STEADY STAFF REVIEW. YOU CAN GO BACK AND FORTH AND HAVE THAT GET STUCK IN A CIRCLE OF REVIEW AND GETTING COMMENTS BACK UNTIL WE ARE COMFORTABLE WITH THAT AND TAKEN BACK TO THE STEERING COMMITTEE AND WE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT MODULE. WE DO THAT UNTIL THE MODULES ARE COMFORTABLE AND IT TAKES COUNSEL FOR ADOPTION. >> THERE WILL BE MULTIPLE CHECKING POINTS TO BASICALLY WE WANT TO BE HAPPY WITH THE CODE THAT THEY DELIVER TO US. THE CODE WILL ALSO FOCUS ON THE OUTCOME AND HOPEFULLY WE WANTED TO BE USER-FRIENDLY.
